Learn more20 yard roll-off
The workhorse — real capacity for a roofing job, a medium remodel or storm-season cleanup, and the size most Stuart homeowners land on.

Specifications
22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high
20 cubic yards — holds about 110–130 bags
3–4 tons included in the flat rate
About 25 ft long × 10 ft wide, plus door swing
Flat-rate pricing across the lineup is based on the size you choose, the materials and the rental duration — delivery, pickup and disposal are all rolled into that one number, no hidden fees. Debris needs to stay below the container's top rail on every size so our driver can haul it safely, and that holds whether it lands on your driveway or, on the rare job that needs the street instead, wherever the City of Stuart or Martin County's placement rules allow.
Is this the one?
If we could keep only one container size, this would be it. At 22 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high it carries a 3–4 ton allowance and holds roughly 110 to 130 bags — enough for a genuine medium remodel or a full reroof, while still fitting a normal single-family driveway across Stuart and the rest of Martin County. Roofing is where this size does the most work: asphalt shingle remains the roof most Stuart homes are built or re-covered with, and shingle tear-off debris is dense — a 20 yard's weight allowance handles a full tear-off far more comfortably than the smaller sizes, whether the job is a routine end-of-life reroof or repair after storm damage.
That storm angle is a real one here. Hurricane Frances made landfall near Stuart on September 5, 2004, and Hurricane Jeanne followed with a direct landfall on the southern end of Hutchinson Island — just about 21 days later, on September 26, 2004. Both are confirmed direct hits on the immediate Stuart/Martin County area, and they're the reason hurricane season (June through November) is treated seriously here every single year. Whether it's storm-damaged roofing, downed limbs, or fence and outbuilding debris after a bad blow, a 20 yard is usually the right size to have staged before the season peaks rather than scrambled for after.
It's also the right call on plenty of jobs people first think need a 30. General remodel debris — drywall, flooring, siding, cabinets — will usually fill a 20's weight allowance before it fills a 30's volume. Concrete, dirt, brick and heavier masonry are better routed to a 10 yard for that portion of the job. And if the project involves anything ground-disturbing near the site — a fence post, a downspout line, any in-ground work, not the dumpster placement itself — call Sunshine 811 first (dial 811, or 1-800-432-4770). It's Florida's real statewide call-before-you-dig center, and Fla. Stat. § 556.105 requires at least two full business days' notice before excavation; calling a utility company directly does not satisfy that requirement.
Straight advice: The one to default to when you're genuinely unsure. It's rarely the wrong answer for a roof, a remodel or a storm-debris haul — just route concrete, dirt, brick and masonry to a 10 instead, and keep everything below the top rail.
Compare
Same flat-rate pricing model across all five. The real question is which weight allowance and bag capacity matches your materials — dense debris, roofing, a remodel or a construction phase.

A full roofing tear-off, a medium remodel with drywall, flooring and general debris, or light construction. It holds roughly 110 to 130 bags of material and a 3–4 ton weight allowance — the size most Stuart jobs land on when the project is bigger than a single room but not a full whole-home gut.
Often, yes. Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne both made direct landfall near Stuart in September 2004, only about three weeks apart — real, confirmed storm history for this exact area — and hurricane season runs June through November every year. A 20 yard's weight allowance handles storm-damaged roofing, downed limbs and general storm debris well after a bad blow.
If the job involves any ground-disturbing work near the dumpster — a fence post, a downspout line, or any in-ground work, not just placing the container itself — call Sunshine 811 first, dial 811 or 1-800-432-4770. It's Florida's real statewide call-before-you-dig center, and Fla. Stat. § 556.105 requires at least two full business days' notice before digging; calling a utility company directly does not satisfy that requirement.
